The TIC is open 2 hours prior and until curtain for most on campus events sold at the box office.
The TIC will re open for the Fall semester beginning Tuesday August 24th at 1 pm.
COLLEGETIX: How It Works Updated 8.29.08
The Collegetix discount program through Telecharge is available only online to full time Columbia University students.
1. Click the "purchase tickets" under any show logo on the www.cuarts.com/tickets/broadway page and log-in with your UNI & Password.
Be sure that your browser allows pop-ups in order to continue.
2. Choose your city (NYC-Broadway or NYC-Off Broadway) and/or the show's venue and then the show. 3. Choose the number of tickets you wish to order.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have 1 valid, student ID for every ticket purchased at the time of pick up. If you order 4 tickets, you must have 4 valid, student IDs to show at the venue box office.
4. Search for a show's specific date & time or from a range of dates.
Seating is limited and the inventory is managed by the particular show's venue.
If there the system comes back to you and says that "no tickets match your criteria" this means that there are no tickets available for the date you chose. Go back and try a range of dates or check back periodically for additional inventory.
PLEASE NOTE: Inventory changes on a daily basis.
5. Fill out ALL information on the billing form to complete your order. 6. All sales are final and there are no exchanges or refunds so be sure to check the date and time of your tickets before completing your order.
7. Pick up your tickets at the venue box: 30 MINUTES before the show on the the night of the show ONLY.
PLEASE NOTE: For everyone 1 ticket purchased, you must show one valid student ID. If you buy 4 tickets, you must show 4 valid, student IDs. Tickets purchased for non-students may not be honored or refuned at the discretion of the show's box office.
