The Paley Center for Media is a museum dedicated to television, radio, film, and all other platforms used by the professional community and media-interested public. In short, the Paley Center examines the intersections between media and society. In the library you can watch any program from the museum’s vast collection on a console. You can also drop in one of the Paley’s theaters to check out a screening selected from the its wide variety of programming - from David Bowie in performance or a look at the work of Jim Henson or the short films of Saturday Night Live. Be on the lookout for some incredible subscription series that bring together writers, directors, producers, actors, critics, journalists, and artists from many disciplines to discuss everything from the creative process behind television and radio to the current trends in media and popular culture.

To gain FREE admission to the Passport to NY museums you must have:

● A current student CUID (indicates "Student" on the reverse of your ID card)

● A validation sticker for the current semester (to obtain a sticker visit the ID Center in Kent Hall for CU and Barnard students, 160 Thorndike Hall for Teachers College students, or 1-405C P&S for Medical School campus students)

At this time, the Passport discounts are only available to current undergraduate and graduate students. Passport to NY is brought you by CUArts and the Office of the Provost.
