...the fleeting life span of a cigarette, a candle, a flower, a fingerprint on a windowpane, a song’s end fading in the air, the images of meals past, the discarded, the left behind, the byproduct, the smoking gun, the loaded camera, the moments inside the big slow down. It will change shape, melt, disappear, and generally drift off into the atmosphere. It being
me, and you, and this place we live right now.
